GATHER - New Construction

With the challenge of a restricted building pad, GATHER - needed to be designed within a narrow footprint. Within these constraints, the goal of the space was to open to the view of the water and create a sense of garden both on the narrow entry side and living space side. The program included a gym with a small indoor pool.
