LAGOON II - New Construction

Following a phased design and construction timeline, LAGOON II transformed a single-story home by creating new volume and generous open space for its owners. Instead of lifting the existing structure, the floor plan was strategically divided through the center to achieve the required height and flow. The program included three bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths, organized to strengthen the home’s connection to the water and backyard while maintaining privacy from the street. Sunlight was drawn in from all sides, supported by a streamlined material palette of concrete, black-painted steel, and white-painted siding.
