LEDGE - Remodel

LEDGE - As a home originally built in the 1930s, the existing space was small with tight circuitous circulation. The top 2 floors were previously connected by a single staircase. Our transformation of the space resulted in a connection between all 3 living floors that created more light and space for each room. The revised connection cleaned up the circulation to create a larger sense of space and flow that previously did not exist. This enabled the home to integrate better with the phenomenal view of the water and the inviting outdoor garden.
